Q: What do I need to do to return my product?
A: If you want to exchange or return an uninstalled Trim By Design product, take it, along with the original sales receipt to the place of purchase. Product must be in its original packaging.
Q: What if I purchased the wrong part number or finish?
A: Returns are subject to the return policies. Return your Trim By Design product in its original packaging to the store, along with proof of purchase (original sales receipt) for reimbursement or replacement. As store policies may vary considerably, Trim By Design can only be responsible for replacing product or product components when the issue concerns a warranty claim.
